Firstly, I love your work and designs. But the whole procedure just seems so extremely confusing. I’m not sure if it’s a language barrier, but find it extremely difficult to navigate your products.

A: you can ask for support but WEB knowledge is required on anycase

Secondly, I purchased the incorrect player, which was the Facebook Fanpage player. The reason this happened is, because when you ask for the Online Radio Test, the player you have in the window ‘doing the online test’ is NOT in fact the player that you are buying. My fault, I will let it go.

A: Test page is only for checking if YOUR RADIO STATION works with our players or not before your purchase, but each player has a seperate Purchase page!
Preparing several test pages make no sense because all players almost use the same classes on backend.

Moving on.. Here, on this very page, the ‘AS3 Shoutcast Player with Amazon AlbumCover’ is for sale. Just to the right of that is a different player that does not look like the one you have on offer when you click on it?! It is very appealing.. is it for sale??

A: AS3 Shoutcast Player with Amazon AlbumCover is a Flash player and there is a “Purchase Button” on page for that but the player on our WP rightSide is the last new player, you can see player details and Purchase it from:

Finally. Please, I am upgrading my website and need a player that is dark and will fit in with the current colour scheme, if you have a look at the website. I am looking for Artist, Title, Album Art, History. (Preferably in HTML Code to paste into my web builder) I would appreciate if you could point me in the right direction. I have sent 1 email and commented on the ActiveDen page, with no reply.

Hi there,
The Demo works but you shouldn’t close the Browser window before the shop finished the Print Process, it depends to your Internet speed & also your web server, so try it again and let the shop finish and save the design under your server. However It wouldn’t be a ready to Print out put, it only shows the design in JPEG format and a HQ design should be prepare by your Print crew.

I’m interested on buying this product now, but before please explain me someththing:

When the client design the T-shirt on XML PRINT SHOP , make the design and order it, then when the email comes to print shop, how will it come as a attachment, and will it be transparent as he designed and can i print it right away from that file that comes in email? (Because as i tried on Demo you have here i designed a t-shirt and upploaded and image so in e-mail comes an jpg attachment with 0KB and nothing on it.) So i didn’t really see how it’s working.

Let me know about this please.

Hi there, not sure what you mean as Widget but may be following explanations help you a bit,
Player needs a PHP server and grab the informations via XML & PHP from Radio server, so you can consider this as an stand alone Flash Movie, Load it into any Flash Template(In your case it’s only possible if you be able to load an external Flash into your Voice App) and put all player files in same root as that Template, if you have no access to Chat app root, the player needs a customizing with Complete path that can be done for your after your Purchase for free
But before Purchase you can contact our support and send them a FTP access to the space you want to install this with details, they can make a test for you.
